The Industry Readiness Programme will empower you to take the driver’s seat in your internship as an opportunity to enter the world of work. In addition to empowering you for career success, your completion of the programme will also boost the confidence of employers that you have been well-prepared to transition and thrive in the workplace.

Your education, the people you meet, and the opportunities you embrace contribute to your career success. One of such opportunities, often at the start of a career and sometimes along the way, is an internship. It provides you a unique opportunity to gain exposure to the workplace, develop your work skills, and garner some work experience.

Career Foundations Programme II

This course equips students with the mindset, competencies, and communication skills needed to succeed in their academics and future careers. Students will learn how to cultivate a growth mindset, set clear career goals, and be introduced to Career Readiness Competencies, such as leadership and teamwork. They will also enhance verbal, non-verbal, and written communication skills and provide guidance to ensure you are well-prepared for the job market.
